Service Description

This offering is inspired by our journey with the story of Ianna, a goddess who descended into the underworld with a deep knowing that something needed to change. We will connect with the story by remembering the power of drumming and sisterhood during times of descent and rising. We will begin by grounding in nature. In our first sharing circle we will explore what it means to be hooked by the descent. Using the medicine of song and drum will call in and call out what we need to do in order to rise. There will be an opportunity to journal and consider what we offer to the fire before spending time in the sauna to soften and loosen our grip. There will be an option to use the cold plunge after the sauna before settling by the fire for vegan nourishment. We can't wait to welcome you. With love Lisa and Hannah xoxo
